01Plants, journals, and records
Add or find a plant, keep its journal together, and understand where care, photographs, propagation, and lineage live.
- Open Plants to find the record first.
- Use the plant record tabs for care, journal, photos, and lineage.
- Include the plant name and screen when reporting a problem.
See how the app is organized →02Account, sign-in, and sync
Check the account, device, and last successful step when a plant or update does not appear where expected.
- Confirm both devices use the intended account and household.
- Reconnect to the internet and reopen the affected record.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, or invitation codes to support.
Review what synchronizes →03Family Garden and invitations
Get help with invitations, roles, time-limited care access, shared reminders, and access that should have ended.
- Ask the garden owner to confirm the role and expiration.
- Open the newest invitation rather than an older copy.
- Reopen the app after access is changed or revoked.
Explore household care →04Camera, identification, and plant health
Troubleshoot camera capture, gallery selection, plant identification, and problem-photo review without treating a suggestion as a diagnosis.
- Note whether the camera or gallery was used.
- Keep the original photograph until the review is complete.
- Record the exact message and whether retrying changed it.
Open plant identification →05Import, export, and account deletion
Prepare or restore a portable garden backup, understand platform boundaries, or request deletion of the account and connected records.
- Keep a second backup until the restored garden is checked.
- Never post an export publicly; it may contain private notes.
- Use the account email for deletion and never include a password, family code, invitation code, or payment detail.
Open data and account help →06Accessibility and display
Report unreadable text, contrast, focus, keyboard, screen-reader, orientation, or light and dark appearance problems.
- Name the screen and appearance choice.
- Include portrait or landscape and approximate text size.
- Describe the control or words that were difficult to use.
Prepare an accessibility report →07Lorekeeper's Assistant
Understand a response, report unavailable record context, or ask why the Assistant requested another observation.
- Name the plant record and app screen, but omit private journal text.
- Describe what context you expected the Assistant to use.
- Review Assistant care guidance before acting. Use Plant Identifier for photo identification.
